Regulation No. 20 of 2017 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the establishment of an environmental decision information system and statutes for maintaining a database

This Regulation establishes an officially named environmental information system which belongs to the state information system. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Database structure and database maintenance requirements (2); Data to be entered in the database, source documents and data processing (3); Access to the database and to the data entered in the database (4); Financing and maintenance of the database (5); and Implementing provisions (6).
