Regulation No. 22 of 2011 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on Forms and Procedure for Completion of Environmental Fee Declarations and Requirements for Reports on the Volume of Extraction of Mineral Resources, Form and Procedure for Submission of Reports

The Regulation establishes the following forms of the declaration of the environmental fee: (1) the form of the declaration of the fee for the special right to use water “Declaration of the fee for the special right to use water” (Annex 1); (2) the declaration form for the discharge of pollutants into a body of water into groundwater or soil “Water Pollution Charge Declaration” (Annex 2); (3) the declaration form for emissions of pollutants into the ambient air “Ambient air pollution charge declaration” (Annex 3); (4) the form of the declaration of the fee for the right to extract mineral resources and the report on the volume of extraction of mineral resources “Declaration of the fee for the right to extract mineral resources and the report on the volume of extraction of mineral resources” (Annex 4); and (5) declaration form for waste disposal by landfilling or release of waste to the environment by other operations “Pollution charge declaration for waste disposal” (Annex 5). The Regulation consists of six sections: Forms of environmental fee declarations (1); Completion of environmental fee declaration form (2); Submission of report on volume of extraction of mineral resources (3); Verification of report and forwarding of report to environmental register (4); Application of the Regulation to the submission of data on excavated land and its management (4-1); and Entry into force of regulation (6).
