Regulation No. 24 of 2019 of Minister of Rural Affairs on the Statutes of the State Register of Food and Feed Operators

This Regulation approves the Statutes of the State Register of Food and Feed Operators. The purpose of the register is to keep records of the following persons and their activities in order to ensure effective official control: food handlers who have obtained an activity license on the basis of the Food Act or who have submitted an economic activity report; feed handlers who have received an activity license on the basis of the Feedingstuffs Act or who have submitted a notification of economic activities; and the provisions of the General Part of the Code of Economic Activities Act concerning the register apply to the register, taking into account the specifications provided for in the Food Act and the Feedingstuffs Act. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Data to be entered in the register and their sources (2); Data processing (3); and Implementing provisions (4).
