Abstract
The purpose of maintaining the register is to ensure the safety of fertilizers and effective supervision over the conformity of fertilizers and the handling thereof. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Data to be entered in the register and data sources (2); Processing of register data (3); and Implementing provisions (4).
