Regulation No. 27 of 2021 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the protected natural objects of Lääne County and the extent of their restricted zone

The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure the preservation of individual protected natural objects located in Lääne County. A regulation shall specify the name and location of a group of individual protected natural objects or objects located in Lääne County and determine the extent of the restricted zone. The extent or area of the restricted zone of an individual protected natural object or group of objects mentioned in the Regulation is shown on the maps in Annexes 1 to the Regulation. The Regulation consists of nine sections: Purpose of regulation (1); Extent of restricted zone of individual trees and groups of trees (2); Extent of restricted zone of individual geological objects (3); Extent of restricted zone of individual hydrogeological objects (4); Procedure for protection (5); Grounds for protection of individual objects and determination of extent of restricted zone (6); Entry into force of regulation (7); Conduct of proceedings (8); and Contestation (9).
