This Regulation approves the list of data to be submitted in the forest notification and procedure and deadlines for submission, processing and registration of the forest notification. It consists of eight sections: Information to be submitted by forest notification (1); Submission and processing of forest notification (2); Suspension of forest notification proceedings (3); Registration of felling and significant forest damage (4); Preservation of forest notification and registry entries (5); Implementation of regulation (6); Repeal of regulation (8); and Entry into force of regulation (8).
