Regulation No. 28 of 2018 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the reference level of radon in the air at workplaces, procedure for measuring the radon content in the air and obligations of the employer in workplaces with a high risk of radon

The regulation provides for the reference level of the radon content of the air in work premises and the procedure for measuring the radon content of the air; and the obligations of the employer to reduce the risk to the health of the employee due to the radon contained in the air of the work premises. The Regulation consists of three chapters: General provisions (1); Obligations of the employer (2); and Measurement and monitoring of radon in the air (3).
