This Regulation provides for the bases for the organization of hunting in a protected natural object which is not connected to a hunting area, or in a hunting area or hunting area which has not been used, or in a part of a state water body which is outside the hunting area. It consists of six sections: Hunting for regulation of wild game on protected natural objects not connected to hunting area (1); Hunting to regulate the number of wild game in a hunting area that has not been issued for use (2); Hunting for regulation of the number of wild game in public water bodies outside hunting area (3); Price and period of validity of large game hunting permit on protected natural object not connected to hunting area or in hunting area or hunting land not in use or in part of state water body outside hunting area (4); Issue, price and period of validity of small game hunting permit on protected natural object not connected to hunting area or in unused hunting area or hunting ground or part of state water body outside hunting area (5); and Entry into force of regulation (6).
