Regulation No. 3 of 2017 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the requirements and procedure for compliance with the national environmental monitoring program and sub-programs

This Regulation approves the requirements and procedure for compliance with the national environmental monitoring program and sub-programs. It consists of nine sections: State environmental monitoring program (1); Structure of state environmental monitoring program (2); Tasks and objectives of sub-programs (3); Procedure for implementation of sub-program (4); Principles for selection of monitoring stations, areas or locations for sub-programs (5); Principles for selection of monitoring stations, areas or locations for sub-programs (6); Geographical coordinates (7); Requirements for quality assurance of monitoring data (8); and Entry into force of regulation (9).
