Regulation No. 31 of 2014 of Minister of the Environment on requirements for technical equipment for forest management works

The regulation sets out the list of technical means necessary for applying for a forest management activity license and specified requirements. The technical means of forest management work are the information technology software and technical documentation required for forest management work. The Regulation consists of five sections: Scope of regulation (1); Technical equipment for forest management works (2); Requirements for information technology software (3); Requirements for technical documentation (4); and Attestation of conformity of technical equipment (5).
