Regulation No. 31 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the competence requirements for a person handling products, equipment or containers containing or relying on substances that deplete the ozone layer

This Regulation applies to a person engaged in the handling of stationary refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment containing ozone-depleting substances, heat pumps or containers containing ozone-depleting substances and lays down the documents certifying compliance with the competence requirements. The Regulation consists of five sections: Scope of application of regulation (1); Definition of handling (2); Competence requirements (3); Documents certifying compliance with competence requirements (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
