Regulation No. 31 of 2017 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on specified requirements for the content of the ex ante evaluation

This Regulation establishes detailed requirements for the content of the preliminary environmental impact assessment. It consists of five sections: Scope of regulation (1); Proposed activities (2); Location of proposed activity and affected environment (3); Assessment of significance of environmental impact (4); and Conclusion of preliminary assessment (5).
