Regulation No. 32 of 2008 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the list of data on environmental damage and risk of damage

This regulation establishes a list of such information which, in the event of environmental damage or a threat of damage, is submitted by the person who causes the damage to the Environmental Board immediately. The provisions of this Regulation concerning environmental damage also apply in the event of a threat of damage. The Regulation consists of four sections: Scope of regulation (1); Data related to damage caused to habitat, species or protected area (2); Data related to damage caused to water (3); and Information related to damage caused to soil (4).
