Regulation No. 32 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the requirements for the preparation of a plan for the purpose of limiting ambient noise

The regulation applies to a plan the implementation of which may result in the noise level being exceeded and for which a strategic environmental assessment is not carried out in the cases provided for in the Planning Act. It consists of four sections: Scope of application of regulation (1); Requirement and purpose of preparation of noise assessment (2); Content of noise assessment (3); and Entry into force of regulation (4).
