Regulation No. 32 of 2017 of Minister of the Environment on Statutes of the State Register of Forest Resource Accounting

The purpose of maintaining the forest register is to collect and store data on the location, area, reserves, use and condition of the forest. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Maintenance and composition of the forest register (2); Data to be entered in the forest register and procedure for data processing (3); Access to data entered in the forest register and issuance of data from the register (4); Supervision over the maintenance of the register, financing of the register and liquidation of the register (5); and Implementing provision (6).
