Regulation No. 33 of 2008 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the procedure for the lodging, use, increase, replacement and release of security

This Regulation provides for the procedure for the provision, use, replacement and release of a guarantee for the postponement of the payment of expenses related to the prevention or remediation of environmental damage incurred by the Environmental Board. It consists of eight sections: Scope of regulation (1); Submission of security (2); Submission of surety as security (3); Establishment of mortgage as collateral (4); Increase and replacement of security (5); Submission of information concerning security (6); Use of collateral (7); and Release of security (8).
