This Regulation approves the requirements for the format and signing of documents submitted to the Environmental Board by electronic means, for the electronic exchange of information and the list of automatic administrative acts and documents. The Regulation consists of ten sections: Prerequisites for electronic exchange of information (1); Exchange of information through the Environmental Decision Information System (1-1); Agreement on use of e-environment board and power of attorney for use of e-environment board (2); Authentication (3); Rights and obligations of users of e-environment board (4); Rights, obligations and liability of Environmental Board (5); Requirements for format of documents submitted by electronic means (6); Electronic submission of information (7); List of administrative acts and documents issued automatically (7-1); and Entry into force of regulation (8).
