Regulation No. 34 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the classification of radioactive waste, requirements for registration, handling and transfer, and conformity indicators for radioactive waste packaging

The Regulation establishes the classification of radioactive waste, the requirements for the registration, management and transfer of radioactive waste, and the requirements for the packaging of radioactive waste and the conformity indicators for packaging. The Regulation consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Radioactive waste management (2); Requirements for packaging and inspection of radioactive waste and conformity characteristics of packaging (3); and Shipments of radioactive waste and requirements for registration and reporting of radioactive waste (4).
