Regulation No. 37 of 2013 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the equivalence factors for dioxins and furans in waste gases from waste incineration plants and waste co-incineration plants and their treatment effluents

This Regulation establishes equivalence factors for dioxins and furans for the calculation of the total content of dioxins and furans in waste gases from waste incineration plants and co-incineration plants and in the treatment of wastewater from the treatment of waste gases from waste incineration plants and co-incineration plants. The Regulation consists of three sections: Scope of application (1); Dioxins and furans (2); and Total content of dioxins and furans (3).
