Regulation No. 38 of 2008 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the additional list of habitat types and species understood as habitats and species within the meaning of the Environmental Liability Act

This Regulation approves the additional list of habitat types and species understood as habitats and species within the meaning of the Environmental Liability Act. It consists of two sections: Additional list of habitat types defined as habitats within the meaning of the Environmental Liability Act (in brackets the code number of the habitat type is in accordance with Annex I to Council Directive 92/43 / EEC) (1); and Additional list of species understood as species within the meaning of the Environmental Liability Act (2).
