Regulation No. 39 of 2013 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the requirements for the regular measurement of the content of pollutants in waste gases and wastewater from waste incineration plants and waste co-incineration plants

The regulation establishes requirements for the regular measurement of the content of gases and effluents from waste incineration plants and waste co-incineration plants. It consists of six sections: Scope of regulation (1); General requirement for measurement (2); Requirements for measurement of pollutant content of exhaust gases (3); Conversion of results of measurement of pollutant content of exhaust gases (4); Requirements for measurement of pollutant content in wastewater (5); and Measurement of suspended solids content (6).
