Regulation No. 39 of 2019 of Minister of the Environment on groundwater quality limit values for hazardous substances

The regulation establishes groundwater quality limit values for hazardous substances in order to detect groundwater contamination, assess the extent of contamination and plan measures to improve groundwater status. It consists of five sections: Scope of regulation (1); Limit values for groundwater quality of hazardous substances (2); Threshold (3); Limit number (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
