Regulation No. 4 of 2021 of Minister of the Interior of Estonia on the requirements and procedures for controlled landscape burning

The regulation establishes the requirements and procedure for the controlled burning of the landscape on a protected natural object and on the exercise field of the Defense Forces or the Defense League. It consists of seven sections: Scope of application (1); General requirements for incineration (2); Incineration on protected natural object (3); Burning in training field of Defense Forces or Defense League (4); Instructions for incineration and safety plan for site (5); Involvement and informing of Rescue Board and public (6); and Entry into force of regulation (7).
