This Regulation establishes emission limit values for wastewater pollutants from the treatment of wastewater from the treatment of wastewater from waste incineration plants and waste co-incineration plants and criteria for assessing compliance with the emission limit values. The Regulation consists of three sections: Scope of regulation (1); Limit values for emissions of pollutants in wastewater (2); and Criteria for assessment of compliance with emission limit values (3).
