Regulation No. 40 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on Procedure for applying for and granting permission for use of finishing materials and application and permit forms

This Regulation prescribes the procedure for application for and issue of permits for the exceptional use of paints and other finishing materials containing vehicle volatile organic compounds and vehicle refinishing materials and application and permit forms. It consists of six sections: Scope of regulation (1); Permit for use of finishing materials (2); Submission of application for permit for use of finishing materials and application forms (3); Procedure for issue of permit for use of finishing materials (4); Issue of permit for use of finishing materials and forms of permit (5); and Entry into force of regulation (6).
