Regulation No. 41 of 2010 of Minister of the Interior of Estonia on the heating system cleaning requirements

This Regulation regulates the requirements for the cleaning of a solid fuel stove, fireplace, stove or other heating appliance and chimney and connecting flue. The requirements of this Regulation also apply to the cleaning of the chimney and connecting flue of a heating system running on other fuels if soot or other accumulating combustion residues are generated during the use of the heating system. It consists of three chapters: General provisions (1); Chapter (2); and Soot burning (3).
