Regulation No. 41 of 2019 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the conditions and procedures for providing support to climate change objectives in developing countries

This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for the allocation and use of funds of the state budget to the strategy measure “Estonia's contribution to international climate co-operation”. The objective of the measure is to contribute to climate change mitigation and adaptation in developing countries. Support will be provided to achieve the objective of the measure. The Regulation consists of six: General settings (1); Basis for granting support (2); Provision of support in the framework of international cooperation (3); Award of support in an open application round (4); and Submitting a challenge (5).
