Regulation No. 41 of 2021 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on providing protection of individual natural objects of Lääne County

The purpose of granting protection is to ensure the preservation of representative native trees and individual geological objects located in Lääne County. It consists of eight sections: Purpose of taking protection (1); Providing protection (2); Procedure for protection (3); Amendment of regulation (4); Grounds for granting protection and determination of extent of restricted zone (5); Entry into force of regulation (6); Conduct of proceedings (7); and Contestation (8).
