Abstract
The regulation stipulates the conditions and procedure for the use of financial resources to support the production of energy and the improvement of district heating networks for the wider use of renewable energy sources obtained from the trading of national greenhouse gas emission allowances pursuant to § 120-5 of the Ambient Air Protection Act. The purpose of the support is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in the energy balance and to reduce emissions of pollutants from the energy production system. The Regulation consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Grounds for granting the grant (2); Requirements for the applicant and the application (3); Processing of applications (4); and Use of the grant (5).
