Regulation No. 42 of 2017 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the Establishment of the Environmental Monitoring Database and Statutes for the Maintenance of the Database

This Regulation establishes an environmental monitoring database belonging to the state information system. The purpose of the database is to capture, store and ensure the availability of environmental monitoring data collected on the basis of the Environmental Monitoring Act. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Database structure and database maintenance requirements (2); Data to be entered in the database (3); Submission of data to the database, data exchange, data processing and access to data entered in the database (4); Financing and maintenance of the database (5); and Implementing provision (6).
