Regulation No. 44 of 2013 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the emission limit values for volatile organic compounds for the use of solvents in air and criteria for assessing compliance with the emission limit values

The Regulation establishes emission limit values for volatile organic compounds emitted into the ambient air when using solvents in the activities specified in § 113 of the Industrial Emissions Act and criteria for assessing compliance with the emission limit values. The Regulation consists of seven sections: Scope of regulation (1); Conditions for calculation of emission limit values (2); Emission limit values for activities using organic solvents (3); Emission limit values for volatile organic compounds marked with a specific risk phrase or hazard statement (4); Emission limit values for industrial coating of vehicles (5); Methodology for calculation of limit value valid for industrial coating of vehicles (6); and Criteria for assessment of compliance with emission limit values (7).
