Regulation No. 44 of 2017 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the emission limit values for pollutants emitted from combustion plants outside the scope of the Industrial Emissions Act, requirements for the monitoring of pollutant emissions and criteria for compliance with emission limit values

This Regulation establishes the following requirements for combustion plants with a rated thermal input corresponding to the heat input of 1 MWth or more and less than 50 MWth: emission limit values for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulates; requirements for the monitoring of emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and carbon monoxide; and criteria for compliance with emission limit values for pollutants. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Terms (2); Emission limit values for pollutants, requirements for the monitoring of pollutant emissions and criteria for compliance with emission limit values (3); and Implementing provisions (4).
