This Regulation establishes the curriculum for the training of radiation experts, the professional competence requirements, the procedure for applying for a certificate, the application form and the form of the certificate. It consist of eight sections: Scope of application (1); Curriculum for training of radiation experts (2); Professional competence requirements for radiation experts (3); Application for certificate and processing of application (4); Certificate (5); Revocation of certificate (6); Implementing provision (7); and Entry into force of regulation (8).
