Regulation No. 45 of 2020 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the conditions for granting support for the implementation of construction activities of the measure “Flood risk management”

The Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for granting support for construction activities of the measure “Flood Risk Mitigation” specified in the State Budget Strategy for Revenue from Trading in Greenhouse Gas Emission Allowances for the period 2018–2020. The purpose of the support is to prevent or reduce the potential adverse effects of floods on human health, the environment, cultural property and economic activity in significant flood risk areas. The Regulation consists of five chapters: General provisions (1); Supported activities, eligibility of costs and percentage of support (2); Requirements for the applicant, application and project (3); Submission and processing of the application (4); and Submission of reports and conditions for payment of the grant (5).
