Regulation No. 47 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the division of the territory of the country into air quality zones and agglomerations according to the level of air quality and population density necessary for the definition of agglomerations

The regulation establishes the division of the national territory into regions and agglomerations according to the level of air quality and the population density per square kilometer necessary for the definition of agglomerations. It consists of four sections: Scope of regulation (1); Air quality zones (2); Agglomerations (3); and Entry into force of regulation (4).
