Regulation No. 49 of 2018 of Government of the Republic of Estonia on the national obligations for the reduction of emissions of anthropogenic pollutants in the territory and economic zone of Estonia, deadlines and exceptions for their fulfillment and reporting

This Regulation provides for the national obligations for the reduction of emissions of anthropogenic pollutants in the territory and economic zone of Estonia, deadlines and exceptions for their fulfillment and reporting. It consists of six sections: State obligations for reduction of emissions of anthropogenic pollutants in Estonian territory and economic zone and terms for compliance therewith (1); Exceptions to obligations for reduction of pollutant emissions (2); Total sulfur dioxide emission limit value of large combustion plants burning oil shale (3); Preparation of national inventories, forecasts and informative inventory reports of pollutant emissions (4); Entry into force of regulation (5); and Repeal of regulation (6).
