Regulation No. 50 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the specified requirements and procedure for designation and protection of the state environmental monitoring station and area

This Regulation approves the specified requirements and procedure for designation and protection of the state environmental monitoring station and area. It consists of five sections: Specified requirements and procedure for designation of state environmental monitoring station and area (1); Notification of designation of state environmental monitoring station and area (2); Specified requirements and procedure for protection of state environmental monitoring station and area (3); Implementing provision (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
