Regulation No. 51 of 2020 of Minister of Economic Affairs and Infrastructure of Estonia on the Conditions and Procedure for Granting Support for Element-Based Reconstruction of an Apartment Building

The regulation is established for the implementation of the objectives of the measure “Energy saving measures in apartment buildings” specified in the state budget strategy 2020–2023. The objectives of granting support are: (1) to encourage the introduction of new technical solutions in the reconstruction of apartment buildings; (2) achieving energy efficiency and a better indoor climate in apartment buildings; and (3) reduction of energy dependence and greenhouse gas emissions. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General settings (1); Supported activities, eligibility of costs and percentage of support (2); Application for support, requirements for the applicant and the application (3); Processing the application (4); Conditions for payment of the grant and submission of reports (5); and Rights and obligations of the Beneficiary and KredEx and financial corrections (6).
