This Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for the use of the green investment scheme “Support for the Reconstruction of Apartment Buildings”. It consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Grounds for granting the grant (2); Application for a grant, requirements for applicants and applications (3); Procedure for the application (4); Conditions for payment of the aid (5); and Obligations of the beneficiary and rights of Kredex (6).
