This Regulation provides for the specified requirements for the application for an environmental permit and the procedure for granting the permit and the data composition of the application for the environmental permit and the permit. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Detailed requirements for the application for an environmental permit for waste management, waste generation or the operation and after-care of a landfill and waste storage facility and the data composition of the permit (2); Specified requirements for an application for an environmental permit for special use of water and the data composition of the permit (3); Detailed requirements for the application for an environmental permit for the emission of pollutants into the ambient air from a stationary emission source and the data composition of the permit (4); Specified requirements for the application for an environmental permit for the extraction of mineral resources and the data composition of the permit (5); and Implementing provisions (6).
