Regulation No. 58 of 2003 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the application form for the release of data from the environmental register

This Regulation provides that data certified by the signature of the authorized processor shall be issued from the environmental register on the basis of a written application. It consists of two sections: Application for release of data from environmental register (1); and Indication of authorized processor upon receipt of application (2).
