This Regulation provides for the methods for measurement and calculation of emissions of pollutants emitted into the ambient air from combustion plants and thermal treatment of oil shale. It consists of five sections: Scope of regulation (1); General provisions (2); Determination of emissions of pollutants on the basis of direct measurement (3); Calculation of pollutant emissions (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
