Regulation No. 60 of 2003 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on specified procedures for the exchange of data specified in an international agreement

This Regulation regulates the international exchange of environmental data organized by an authorized processor of the environmental register. For the purposes of this Regulation, international data exchange is the transfer or receipt of environmental data from the register to the extent specified in an international agreement. The Regulation consists of eight sections: General provisions (1); Data transmission (2); Data on environmental load and state of the environment (3); Scope of data transmission (4); Organization of data transmission (5); Acceptance of data in environmental register (6); Permissible scope of data processing (7); and Storage of transmitted or received data (8).
