This Regulation provides for the specified requirements for applications for radiation practice licenses, lists of application and radiation practice license data and lists of data characterizing radiation sources used for keeping records of nuclear material. The Regulation consists of three chapters: Procedure for applying for a radiation practice license (1); Requirements for an application for a radiation practice license (2); and Radiation license forms (3).
