Abstract
This Regulation establishes the procedure for the evaluation of information submitted concerning plant protection products and active substances, and uniform principles for making decisions on evaluation of plant protection products and the placing thereof on the market pursuant to Annex VI to Council Directive 91/414/EEC (OJ L 230, 19.08.1991, pp. 1–172) concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market, and the procedure for processing applications for placing plant protection products on the market. The information submitted concerning plant protection products and active substances shall be evaluated and the decision on authorisation or refusal to authorise plant protection products shall be made by the Plant protection Inspectorate pursuant to the uniform principles provided for in Annex VI to Council Directive 91/414/EEC.
