Abstract
This Regulation establishes methods of measurement and determination of volume in transactions with timber or wood chips, requirements for measurement accuracy and documentation of measurement results, which are used unless the parties have agreed in writing to use another method. This Regulation is applied to the measurement of wood and determination of volume at the location of a measurement operation. An agreement to use another method provided for in subsection (1) upon entering into transactions with timber shall be fixed in writing in the sales contract. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Requirements for measurement operations (2); Methods of measuring timber (3); and Implementing provision (4).
