Abstract
This Regulation approves the methods for measuring and calculating emissions of pollutants into the ambient air from livestock and poultry. It consists of 12 sections: Scope of regulation (1); Methods for determination of pollutant emissions (2); General principles for calculation of pollutant emissions (3); Calculation of nitrogen in faeces by nitrogen balance method (4); Calculation of nitrogen in faeces by special emission method (5); Grazing factor (6); Emissions of ammonia emitted from livestock buildings or poultry (7); Emissions of ammonia discharged from manure storage (8); Emissions of methane emitted from livestock buildings (9); Emissions of methane discharged from manure storage (10); Emissions of nitrous oxide emitted from manure storage facilities (11); and Entry into force of regulation (12).
