Regulation No. 67 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on the operational thresholds and emission thresholds from which an air pollution permit is required for the operation of an installation

The regulation lays down emission thresholds and operating capacities from which an air pollution permit is required. It consists of five sections: Scope of regulation (1); Thresholds for emissions of pollutants from which an air pollution permit is required (2); Threshold capacities for operation of an installation, from which an air pollution permit is required (3); Exceptions for determination of threshold capacities on the basis of equipment capacity (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
