Regulation No. 68 of 2016 of Minister of the Environment of Estonia on Form and Procedure for Submission of Annual Reports Related to Ambient Air Pollution by Holders of Environmental Protection Permits

The Regulation prescribes the form and procedure for submission of the annual report related to ambient air pollution. It consists of nine sections: Scope of regulation (1); Submission and inspection of annual report related to ambient air pollution (2); Collection of data and storage of documentation (3); Form and content of report (4); Emissions of pollutants (5); Explanatory note to report (6); State summary reports and entry of data in European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register (7); Implementation of the Regulation (7-1); and Entry into force of regulation (8).
