Regulation No. 69 of 2011 of Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications of Estonia on the conditions and procedure for using the green investment scheme "Support for Electric Cars"

This Regulation provides for the conditions and procedure for using the green investment scheme "Support for Electric Cars". The aim of the support is to reduce the pollution load and increase the use of renewable energy in the Estonian transport sector through the wider introduction of electric cars. The Regulation consists of six chapters: General provisions (1); Basis for granting support (2); Application for support, requirements for the applicant and the application (3); Processing the application (4); Conditions for payment of the aid (5); and Obligations of the Beneficiary and the rights of KredEx (6).
